Liability for Contents

As service providers, we are responsible for our own content on these sites according to general laws (§ 7 Para.1 TMG). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG however, we are as service providers not obligated to monitor sent, transferred, or stored external information or the search for circumstances under which they indicate any illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unchanged by this. Any possible liability in this respect is however only possible after a concrete violation of the law has become known. When such violations of the law become known, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for Links

Our internet presence contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. For this reason, we cannot accept any liability for external content. The specific provider or the operator of the website is responsible for the content of the linked sites in every case. The linked sites were checked for violations of the law at the time when the links were set. At the time the links were set, no illegal content was recognised. However, constantly monitoring the content of the linked sites without any concrete evidence of a violation of the law is not reasonable. When we become aware of any violations of the law, we will remove such links immediately.
